The inside lining is excellent, it is sturdy. It is easy to attach and stays on the bike. It is large and can be stuffed with everything. It is easy to switch between backpack and bike mode. The pockets are useful where they are placed, not too extensive. There is also a key holder which for me is a godsend when I dont forget to use it. Overall it is a great bag, and I use it when I am not biking too (Ie. this is the default bag for everyday use)
Improvement idea:
The zipper holding thingys are extended with material that is slippery, one fell off on the first day. The zipper works without it perfectly, but either do not add it or change the material.
Most side saddle bags have a tie or something to fix it to the bike near the bottom as well so as to stop it from swinging - this one does not.
I would appreciate a pocket for a bottle on the side (outside)
