Happy but could be improved
The bag itself is lovely, the colour cream and the contrasting strap in tan is gorgeous. I thought the strap that says Valentino would have been a bit longer.
I was disappointed with the packaging. It was in a plastic see through bag which appeared cheap which it wasn’t. It he bag was a gift so it would have been nice to be a little more well presented.
