For over 80 years, Zero Halliburton stands for robust aluminium cases that combine attractive design with high functionality. Most Zero Halliburton cases are made of brushed aluminium: It not only provides a matt finish, but also covers small scratches. The latest update of the classic Zero Halliburton luggage includes many features that are patent registered. The iconic Double Rib Look, for example, is complemented by a rounded, Y-shaped corner reinforcement. Many models are also riveted at the corners for extra durability. This so-called ZH Concave Edging System reduces the impact force in the event of a fall. Other innovations include the ZH Chassis system with bottom protection, a practical carrying handle on the underside, and the 360-degree double wheels.

Depending on the size, Zero Halliburton suitcases have either two or four wheels. The Collectors series offers models with six wheels: they are characterized by excellent manoeuvrability. The telescopic handle can be adjusted several times on each suitcase model. It is covered with plastic on the top and is therefore very comfortable to hold. Standard features include a leather address tag and a TSA lock. Each Zero Halliburton suitcase has an ID number for identification. The ZGT number (Zero Global Tracking), by contrast, is used to digitally track the suitcase if it is lost or stolen. This function is available for selected models only. In addition to aluminium models, Zero Halliburton offers suitcases made of plastics such as polycarbonate. They also include patented ZH Concave Edging and ZH Chassis systems among their advantages. They are individually manufactured in a complex production process and feature the brand's own coating for extra durability. Each Zero Halliburton aluminium briefcase trumps with a well-thought-out interior. Most models are lined on the inside with genuine leather. A laptop pocket and a combination lock are standard features. Some variants are equipped with card slots, pen loops and smartphone compartment. Zero Halliburton briefcases from the Premier Series are real security experts – they are protected with two TSA locks. The outside of all aluminium briefcases are designed in the brand's typical Double Rib Look: but the lines run horizontally. Some Zero Halliburton briefcases are made of polycarbonate.
