Love it!
Excellent urban pack. I was looking for something urban and cool yet also a bit chic. This is a great-looking backpack. It's super comfortable with a lot of weight, easy to open/close. Great for trips to supermarket, day around the city, etc. Inside pockets and zip pocket are excellent to have. Outside zip pocket is a little tough at times to get to while it's on. More doable if pack is on just one shoulder. Regardless, I highly recommend!
