Love the bag and worth the price. Delivery to the UK was slow, had to pay fees to DHL in order to receive parcel which delayed delivery as I had to receive the letter informing me this. Wardow handled this very well and I was refunded the majority of the fee and efficiently too. I would order from them again however I wouldn’t do so if I required the item urgently.
