Carry on bag for most airline carriers

These are definitely the best suitcases to have. They are light in weight, accepted by most airlines & easy to use. For some reason our first order of 2 cases, only one arrived and the other was returned to supplier. Not sure why as we were expecting 2 to be delivered. The system was such that a refund was issued & I had to order another. A little annoying as I had a discount code for the order for 2 which I was not allowed to use for the second order so had to pay full price although not my fault!!
