Registration & Login

Registration

Please choose the option “Log In” at the top right of the page. Afterwards, click „register“ under „New Customers” and enter your user details as well as your personal password. You will need to remember this password for all future logins. Complete your registration by clicking the „Submit“ button. Shortly afterwards, you receive an automated e-mail from us to confirm that your registration has been successful.

Login

If you already have a user account, please choose the option “Log In” at the top right of the page. Afterwards, please enter your e-mail address and your user password at the new page. Click on “Log in”. If you have entered your user data correctly, you are now successfully logged in.

I forgot my password

You have forgotten your password? That is absolutely no problem. In the area of registration is a link "Forgot password" underneath the password input field. Via this link, a new password will be sent to your e-mail address. Please fill in your e-mail address in the pop-up window. Afterwards, you receive an automated e-mail with a newly generated password for you, with which you can log in to your user account. You can change the password later in your user account under "Account information".

Account Options

Personal Information

In your „Account Dashboard“ you can look up your last orders and change your personal data, such as your contact details as well as your billing and shipping address.

Address Book

Change or add a new billing or shipping address to your „Address Book“. You can simply select from your address list with your next order.

My Orders

Under „My Orders“ you can look up your order history. For more details, i.e. shipping address, costs, and payment method, please click „view order“.

My Product Reviews

The page „My Product Reviews“ contains an overview over all of your submitted product reviews.

My Favourites

In our shop, you can create a list with your favourite products. Just click the „Add to Favourites“ button on the respective product details page, or highlight a product during product search within the product result list by selecting the „Heart“ icon. You can view all of your favourite products, under „Favourites“ at the top right of the page or in your user account, see „My Favourites“, where you can manage, selectively order or share your most favoured items with your friends.

Delete account

If you want to delete your account, please contact our costumer service. All of your data will be deleted completely.
