Was a gift for my mum and she absolutely loved it. It came packaged securely and took a bit over a week to arrive to me in the uk. It came wrapped with original dustbag however didnt come with any mk box packaging which i didnt mind. Wardow have great customer service and this is my second handbag purchase.
