Very good
The flap system actually works very well, and this bag has taken over from my use of the ortlieb backroller. And the bag works well enough in backpack form that I often use it as a standalone backpack when I don't have a bike. It Seems robust, although only time will tell.
My only issue is that the 20l version is a tiny bit too small. Alas I couldn't find these bags anywhere to try in shops beforehand. But I'd possibly go for the 26l.
