It is great to have a rucksack which opens like a suitcase so items are much more easily found. I hate rootling around in a rucksack to find a pair of socks. It looks and feels good. But a word of advice: if you fill this bag to its considerable capacity it then becomes quite ungainly as a rucksack (particularly when trying to put it on, I needed to get someone to hold the bag while I slid my arms in). I like the fact that you can use it as a normal carry bag rather than a rucksack - but again, it it is full, it isn't easy to carry. For flights, and train journeys, it's going to be great. But I wouldn't want to walk too far with it fully loaded.
