Happy with item
I ordered this knowing it was coming from Germany but as being delivered by DHL I had no concerns.
That all changed as soon as it was in the UK as it was handed to Royal Mail at which point I lost all hope of my delivery!
I did eventually receive it at the 3rd delivery attempt but only after I had asked the driver to check his van again. I showed him the delivery email that I'd received from RM saying it would be delivered that day.
Not again, not as long as you use RM for the end delivery!
